WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can expect your package to arrive anywhere from 1-2 weeks, depending on your location and shipping method chosen. Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although most will be within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify service@pimpsnow.com. You will receive an email from service@pimpsnow.com when your order has been confirmed. International orders usually take about 1-2 weeks. Please allow up to 4 weeks in case a package is held up in customs of the destination country.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We are currently shipping all packages via USPS. We use priority mail and global priority mail services. Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and any handling fees. Depending on the size of your order it may be shipped in more then one package.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Refund requests are granted within 10 days from which shipment is received on any order. However, we require that customers notify pimpsnow (sales@pimpsnow.com) of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the packing slip and the printed receipts. All refunds will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Refunds are not available for any product after the 10 days.

Yes, If you wish, you may alternatively send us a check, but this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. We also accept paypal.

I PLAN TO ORDER A GIFT FOR SOMEONE ELSE, CAN I DIFFERENTIATE SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS?
Certainly, During the checkout process you can select to give us two addresses, one for billing (which needs to match the data provided by your bank) and, if wanted, a separate address for shipping. This way the order is payed by you, but delivered to someone else or vice versa.
